Lee Hoffman

Lee Hoffman is currently the Director of Culture Transformation at Ledgestone and a Consultant at Untapt Consulting. Prior to these roles, Lee has held positions such as Academy Presenter at the Illinois Principals Association, Principal at Morton Junior High School, Lettie Brown Elementary School, and Deer Creek Mackinaw Junior High School. Lee's educational background includes a Doctor of Education from Aurora University, a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Bradley University, and a Superintendent Endorsement in Leadership and Administration from Fort Hays State University.
