Lorraine Cruz is a High School Principal at ASPIRA of Illinois, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Rainē Day Solutions, NFP, which supports youth in achieving their dreams. With experience as a Leadership Coach at the Illinois Principals Association and a Certified Principal Coach & Mentor at Learning With Lorraine, LLC, Lorraine has helped individuals secure principal and assistant principal positions. Lorraine has also served as an Interim Principal at The Chicago High School for the Arts and the Interim Alternative High School Principal at Youth Connections Charter School. With a background in education, leadership, and mentoring, Lorraine has made significant contributions to various organizations in the field.

Illinois Principals Association's mission is to develop, support, and advocate for innovative educational leaders. To achieve our mission, we work to provide Members high quality professional development, networking opportunities, and advocate on their behalf with state and federal legislators and the Illinois State Board of Education.
