Don Finch

Don Finch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and technology implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at the Illinois State Board of Education since December 2017, Don acts as Scrum Master and Business Analyst for the Student Data Collections program. Previous roles include contributions at the Illinois State Treasurer Office, STL, CQuest, TEKsystems, and Southern Illinois University Center for Workforce Development, focusing on IT infrastructure, Office 365 rollout, user interface analysis, and project coordination. Don’s expertise in managing customer requirements, testing processes, and team leadership is complemented by a Master's degree in Instructional Communication and Technology from Northern Illinois University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences.
