Ryan Levin

Ryan Levin is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Supervisor for the Wellness Department at the Illinois State Board of Education since July 2021. In this role, Ryan assists the Wellness Director by overseeing grants and programs related to mental health, school nursing, and afterschool initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal Consultant for Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers, where Ryan evaluated and provided technical assistance to numerous school districts. Ryan's background also encompasses curriculum development at Public Consulting Group, grant writing at the Jewish United Fund, and various leadership positions within educational settings, including as Director of General Studies at Hillel Torah North Suburban Day School. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in English, Rhetoric, and Educational Leadership from prominent institutions such as the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Northeastern Illinois University.
