Rachel Berry

Rachel Berry is an accomplished professional in the hemp industry with extensive leadership experience. Since September 2018, Rachel has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Illinois Hemp Growers Association, managing a significant independent organization. Rachel also contributes to the Illinois Stewardship Alliance as a Board Member focusing on fundraising and equity, as well as chairing committees related to board member performance. As the Owner/Operator of Prairie Renaissance Farm, Rachel manages a family farm dedicated to sustainable practices. Rachel has held various roles, including Manager of Hemp Markets at PanXchange and Regional Leaders Director for the US Hemp Building Association, where responsibilities ranged from strategy development to public representation. Rachel’s prior experience includes project management in the hemp sector and teaching art, complemented by foundational education at Kankakee Community College.
