Andrea Flores is currently serving as the Public Education and Engagement Coordinator at the Illinois Supreme Court since June 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as a Multi-skilled Journalist at 13 ON YOUR SIDE from May 2021 to June 2023 and as a Producer/MMJ at WQAD-TV from June 2019 to May 2021. Andrea's career began with an internship in News and Social Media at WGN-TV in the summer of 2018. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which was earned between 2015 and 2019, and graduated from Fenwick High School in 2015.

The Illinois Supreme Court, in addition to being the state’s highest court, is responsible for the state’s unified trial court, one appellate court with five districts, and several supporting units. General administrative and supervisory authority over the court system is vested in the Supreme Court. The Illinois Supreme Court is committed to improving access to the Illinois courts and making sure we serve the public as effectively, efficiently, and expeditiously as possible.
