Nelson Rosario

Nelson Rosario serves as a Member of the Illinois State Bar Association Standing Committee on AI, focusing on responsible AI legislation and resources for the legal profession. In addition, Rosario is a Founding Partner at Rosario Tech Law, LLC, which assists companies in the new economy, and the Executive Director of the Illinois Blockchain Association, advocating for the blockchain industry in Illinois. Rosario holds prominent roles at the Global Blockchain Business Council and the U.S. Blockchain Coalition and contributes as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Chicago Kent College of Law, teaching emerging technologies. Furthermore, Rosario is active in the Illinois Supreme Court's AI Task Force, ensuring justice in the context of Generative AI. Rosario's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, along with a BS in Computer Science from Florida State University and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
