Cathy Williams

Cathy Williams is an experienced financial executive, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and former Deputy Chief of Finance at Illinois Tollway since 2011, where oversight of the long-term financial plan has included the management of $6 billion in debt, $14 billion in capital expenditures, and a $380 million operating budget. Prior to this role, Cathy was a Partner at Cityfront Capital Partners from 2005 to 2010, where investment advisory services were provided to institutional clients, and private equity opportunities were promoted to high-net-worth families and public pension plans. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at JP Morgan, overseeing a $2 billion proprietary private equity investment program, and as Vice President of Asset Liability Management at First Chicago NBD Corporation, focusing on the corporation's interest rate and liquidity risk. Cathy holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from Roosevelt University.
