Jill Ziegler

Jill Ziegler is an accomplished Senior Project Manager currently with the Illinois Tollway since September 2021, possessing extensive experience in community planning and development. Previously, Jill held the position of Senior Project Manager at Metro Strategies, Inc. from December 2018 to September 2021, and served as Community Development Director and Village Planner for the Village of Westmont from January 2012 to July 2018. Jill's career also includes roles as Village Planner for the Village of Glenview and Development Planner for the Town of Fishers. Jill has a strong background in economic development, zoning compliance, and public engagement, alongside proficiency in various software tools including Microsoft Office, SPSS, and ArcGIS. Jill earned a Master's degree in Planning from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
