Angela Carter

Angela Carter currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer at ITW, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Angela held multiple roles at Owens Corning from April 2016 to July 2023, including Director of Compliance & Legal Operations and Director of Global Compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for Global Compliance & Ethics at Whirlpool Corporation and Director of Divisional Compliance at Walmart. Angela began their legal career as Assistant Corporation Counsel with the City of Detroit Law Department. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. in Strategy & Finance from the University of Michigan, an LLM in Tax Law/Taxation, and a JD from Wayne State University Law School, along with a BS in Political Science from Western Michigan University.
