Anthony Norton

Anthony Norton is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Director for Construction Europe and Global Tool Unit at ITW since March 2021, Anthony previously held the role of HR Director for Construction Europe and UK & Nordics at ITW Construction Products (UK). With earlier positions including HR Director at Loma Systems and Group HR Manager for ITW's inspection division, Anthony has effectively managed global HR activities and developed reward strategies in the Asia Pacific region during tenure at Schaeffler Group. Anthony's career began in HR advisory roles at NFU Mutual and Millward Brown, complemented by a robust educational foundation in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, and Psychology from the University of Warwick.
