Cassandra MacKley

Cassandra Mackley serves as the Global Platform HR Director for Semiconductors at ITW and previously held the role of Platform HR Director for Automotive North America. At ITW, a Fortune 200 company specializing in industrial equipment and services, Cassandra has played a critical role in HR leadership. Prior to ITW, Cassandra was the Senior Director of Human Resources for Healthcare Packaging at Amcor, overseeing HR functions for a significant workforce across multiple manufacturing locations. Cassandra's extensive experience also includes significant HR positions at United States Steel Corporation, where leadership in automotive solutions and corporate HR generalist roles were key responsibilities. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from Purdue University Northwest and an MBA in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University.
