Claire Jadin

Claire Jadin currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director for ITW Polymers & Fluids, a role held since August 2020, focusing on HR leadership within a $1.8 billion global innovator in specialized products. Prior to this position, Claire was the Platform HR Director for the Automotive Aftermarket at Hillrom and held various HR roles at Antares Capital LP and GE Capital, where responsibilities included HR business partnerships and talent development across multiple regions. Early career experiences include internships at The Home Depot, Target, and Lorman Education Services. Claire holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
