Cristina Martinez Chavez

Cristina Martinez Chavez is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as a Global HR Solutions Analyst at ITW since August 2019, Cristina has significantly contributed to recruitment initiatives using Workday Recruit and Phenom. Previously, in the role of Manager, Recruitment Programs & Partnerships, responsibilities included enhancing the enterprise talent pipeline through various programs, including the Enterprise Internship program, and supporting diversity and inclusion efforts. Cristina also held the position of Sr. HR Generalist in Talent & Leadership Development at the Talent Marketing Board, where leadership of ITW's membership was a key responsibility. Earlier career roles included Recruiter/Bilingual HR Generalist at Turano Baking Company and Corporate Recruiter at OSI Group. Cristina holds an MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the same institution.
