David Livingston

David Livingston is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business development and treasury management. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development/Treasury at ITW since July 2001, David plays a key role in acquisitions and treasury operations. Prior roles at ITW include Group Controller for various segments, including Specialty Products and Automotive. David's career includes leadership positions at Wilsonart International, Premark International, and Keebler Company, where responsibilities spanned P&L management, strategic analysis, and financial planning. Auditing experience was gained at Price Waterhouse. David holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan.
