Mark Markram

Mark Markram is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director for both North America Cooking and the ITW Food Equipment Group at ITW since August 2012, Mark previously held significant positions at Whirlpool Corporation from March 1998 to July 2012, including HR Director for Talent and Organization Development and Global HR Business Partner for Global Research & Development. Mark's expertise encompasses talent management, leadership development, and the execution of HR strategies across global markets, including initiatives in Poland, China, and India. Additionally, Mark established the European Shared Service project while managing the Shared Services Group in Milan, Italy, and oversaw HR operations for Whirlpool South Africa. Mark holds a Certified Professional Coach degree from The Coaches Training Institute and has education from the Institute of People Management in South Africa.
