Martha Razo

Martha Razo, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager for the Residential & Renovation Division at ITW since November 2017, having previously held multiple HR management roles within the same division and the Commercial Construction N.A. Division. Prior to ITW, Martha Razo worked at Pentair from March 2013 to November 2017 in various HR positions, including Human Resources Supervisor and Sr. Human Resources Generalist. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Brightstar and at D'Addario & Company, Inc. Martha Razo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, both from Stony Brook University.
