Tom Williams

Tom Williams is an experienced professional in executive compensation, currently serving as Director of Executive Compensation at ITW since May 2019, after previously holding the role of Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes over a decade at Aon as an Executive Compensation Consultant and Research Consultant, along with a role as Research Consultant at Buck Consultants. Tom Williams began the career as a Research Analyst at RSM McGladrey. Academic qualifications include a Master of Library and Information Science from Dominican University, a Certificate in Financial Decision Making from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in History from Illinois State University.
