Tze-Lee Phang

Tze-Lee (Shirley) Phang is a seasoned professional in chemical engineering with over 15 years of experience in product development and innovation. Currently serving as the Group Technical Manager for Formulations at ITW since March 2011, Tze-Lee has successfully led initiatives to enhance new product development efficiency and pioneered innovation processes. Prior roles include Innovation Manager, where Tze-Lee executed innovation strategies and managed cross-functional teams, and Research Engineer, providing technical consultancy to scale-up commercial solutions. Earlier experience at Shell involved product development and stakeholder training, complemented by a strong academic foundation with a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
