Linzi Taylor

Linzi Taylor is an experienced Project Manager and operations coach currently with Illovo Sugar Africa since May 2021, overseeing project operations while focusing on detail-oriented execution and personnel management. Linzi has held previous project management roles at Illovo Sugar Limited, Illovo Sugar Mozambique / Maragra Sugar, and Unilever South Africa, where responsibilities included tendering, budget management, and stakeholder communications. Notable projects include the design and construction of packaging facilities in Malawi and Tanzania, as well as the development of a cassava starch processing facility. Linzi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechatronics from Stellenbosch University, earned between 2006 and 2011.
