Justin Chang

Justin Chang is a Technical Lead at Illumen Group, Inc. since June 2024, previously serving as a Network Security Engineer and Operation Support Specialist at DSFederal from May 2010 to July 2024. In this role, Justin Chang provided systems administration and operational support for the USCIS Identity, Credential, and Access Management project, maintained server environments, and interfaced with external teams on various infrastructure matters. Additionally, Justin Chang worked as an IT Specialist at GE Power from September 2020 to April 2024 and as a Sr Cyber Intelligence Analyst at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Justin Chang started a career in 2009 as a NASA/APL Intern, focusing on command and telemetry databases for the Radiation Belt Storm Probes project. Justin Chang holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Networks and Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
