Carrie Foster is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with extensive experience in organizational development, coaching, and digital transformation. As Co-founder and Chief Quoker at What the Quok, Carrie focuses on modernizing management practices to adapt to contemporary challenges. Through Woman of Many Businesse, an organization development consultancy, Carrie facilitates people-led change in organizations facing resistance. Additional roles include serving as an Illumeo Certified Instructor, Learning and Development Specialist at Vialto Partners, and Interim Change Manager at the Gambling Commission. Carrie has also contributed to ABE as Chief Examiner and has a strong academic background with qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and a PhD from Chester University.
