Ilia Leybovich is a Senior Data Scientist and Algorithm Expert at illumex since October 2021, and a University Lecturer at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where teaching responsibilities commenced in October 2016. As a PhD student in the Information Systems Engineering department, research focuses on network alignment. Prior to current roles, Ilia served as an Algorithm Engineer and Developer at ECI Telecom from March 2012 to August 2016 and held positions as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Ben-Gurion University from September 2009 to February 2012. In addition, Ilia contributed as a Lecturer and Tutor for the "Kidumatica" project for Excellence and Creativity at Ben-Gurion University from September 2006 to February 2012. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer and Information Sciences and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, all obtained from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
