Christine Kapteyn

Christine Kapteyn, CFA has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on strategic initiatives, project management, and operations. Christine is currently serving as the Director of Project Manager at illumifin, where they lead the operationalization of strategic initiatives and manages mergers & acquisitions. Prior to that, Christine worked as an Acquisition Consultant at Abry Partners, supporting the company's acquisition efforts. Christine also held the role of Director of Business Operations & General Management at Benefitfocus, where they supported strategic initiatives and program-managed projects. Earlier in their career, Christine served as VP of Insurance Operations at Athene USA, overseeing management and governance of Business Process Outsourcers. Christine also held positions at Protective Life and RBC, where they were involved in relationship management, corporate development, reinsurance planning, and various financial management roles. Christine has a strong background in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and relationship management.

Christine Kapteyn, CFA received their Bachelor's degree in Economics and French from the University of Windsor in 1989. Christine then pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at McMaster University, which they completed in 1993. Additionally, Christine earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute.
