Lauren Erickson

Lauren Erickson is an experienced operations and customer care professional with a strong background in marketing and design. Currently serving as Operations Manager at illumifin since February 2021, Lauren previously held the position of Customer Care Supervisor. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Marketing and Design at Merick Construction, LLC, and various roles at Allianz, including Supervisor and Operations Distribution Training. Lauren is also the former Owner/Operator of Anytime Fitness. Academically, Lauren holds a Master's Degree (MBA) from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University-St. Paul, along with an AA Degree from North Hennepin Community College.
