Tonya Ulery

Tonya Ulery has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the insurance industry. Tonya is currently the VP of Client Engagement at illumifin, where they oversee client relationships. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Operations for LTCG, where they were responsible for operational management. Tonya also held the position of VP of Claims and Customer Service at Transamerica, where they managed the overall effectiveness of the company's long-term care insurance operations. Before joining Transamerica, they were the Director of Contact Center and Policy Holder Services at Transamerica Life and Protection, where they directed staff and implemented company policies. Tonya began their career at HealthMarkets, where they held the roles of Operations Manager and Director of Training and Development. In these roles, Tonya provided oversight to call center operations, developed proactive customer efforts, and managed a multi-discipline training department.
