Tracie Schultz

Tracie Schultz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at illumifin since January 2023. Previously, Tracie held several HR management positions at LTCG, HealthEast, and The Marquette Hotel, focusing on strategic business partnerships, talent management, and employee engagement. Tracie has extensive experience in labor relations, having managed issues with various unions and been involved in contract negotiations. With a background that includes roles in human resources management at SUPERVALU and the Hilton Minneapolis, Tracie has developed a strong expertise in fostering organizational capability, succession planning, and creating supportive work cultures. Tracie earned a BA in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
