Allison Bell

Allison Bell is a seasoned professional in instructional design and e-learning, currently serving as the Director of Instructional Design Services at Illumina Interactive Learning since July 2023. With a robust background that includes founding and leading STREETCAR8, overseeing custom e-learning projects, and managing training teams at Integra Connect, Bell has consistently delivered innovative learning solutions across various industries. The academic journey includes a PhD candidacy in Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a Master's in Instructional Development and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Expertise in instructional design was further honed through roles at Abt Associates, the University of Illinois, iXL, and BellSouth, contributing to project management, curriculum development, and the successful implementation of blended learning strategies.
