Bindya Dhanekula

Bindya Dhanekula is an accomplished engineering director at Illumina, with extensive experience in launching innovative genomic instruments and leading complex system developments. Since joining Illumina in 2008, Bindya has progressed through various engineering roles, including Associate Director and Principal Engineer, where leadership in the design and testing of next-generation sequencing platforms was demonstrated. Prior experience includes positions at Helixis and Carl Zeiss Meditec, along with a research role at the University of Nevada-Reno. Bindya holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Osmania University.
