Emily Chen

Emily Chen is a highly experienced professional in the field of oncology, currently serving as a Senior Clinical Field Applications Scientist at Illumina since August 2015. Throughout this tenure, Emily has progressed through various roles, including Senior Field Applications Scientist and Field Applications Scientist positions. Prior to Illumina, Emily worked as a Research Associate and PhD candidate at the University of Southern California from August 2008 to July 2015. Emily holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Genetic, Molecular, and Cellular Biology from the University of Southern California and has obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology from California State University, Northridge.
