Eric Pabitzky

Eric Pabitzky is an experienced leader in service operations and support within the biotechnology industry. Currently serving as the Director of Service Operations and Latin America Support at Illumina since August 2010, responsibilities include managing OEM vendor support and overseeing service and support across Latin America. Previously, Eric held the position of Senior Manager of Service and Support at Illumina, focusing on territory account management for the west coast, western Canada, and Latin America. Prior to joining Illumina, Eric worked at Life Technologies and Applied Biosystems in various roles, including Director of Service, Regional Service Manager, and Senior Field Service Engineer. Eric began a career in design engineering at Helena Laboratories after earning an Associate of Science in Industrial Electronics and Engineering from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
