Faith Morel Schmitt

Faith Morel Schmitt is an experienced packaging engineering professional with a robust background at Illumina, serving in various roles since December 2013, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Packaging Engineer. Prior to this, Faith gained valuable experience as a QA - Strategic Initiatives Intern at Illumina and worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the College of Engineering's Center for Environmental Research and Technology. Additionally, an internship at Genentech provided further engineering exposure. Academically, Faith holds a Master of Science in Packaging Science from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
