Felipe Turra

Felipe Turra is an experienced professional in the field of genomics and molecular diagnostics, currently serving as an Executive Partner Manager for LATAM Emerging Markets - South at Illumina since April 2019. Previously, Felipe held various roles at Illumina, including Senior Partner Account Manager and Partner Account Manager, focusing on improving human health through genomic tools for Latin American customers. Prior experience includes a position as Sales & Business Development Manager at SOPHiA GENETICS and several roles at QIAGEN, where responsibilities encompassed supporting molecular diagnostics customers, managing commercial processes, and leading Salesforce implementation efforts. Felipe began his career with an internship in a forensic DNA laboratory at the Technical-Scientific Police of São Paulo and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
