Jack Tan

Jack Tan has extensive experience in service and support roles, currently serving as Associate Director at Illumina since July 2018, where responsibilities include leading field service and support for the organization in Emerging Markets, specifically in South East Asia, India, and the Indian subcontinent. Prior to this, Jack held positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Manager, Service & Support, and previously held multiple roles at Illumina, including Senior Manager and Manager, Field Applications. Early career experience includes a Technical Applications Specialist role at Bio-Rad Laboratories and a Laboratory Officer position at the Genome Institute of Singapore. Jack holds a degree from the National University of Singapore.
