Justin Dalton

Justin Dalton is an experienced professional in the field of molecular biology and next-generation sequencing technology. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Service and Support at Illumina since June 2013, Justin oversees a team of Field Applications Scientists and Field Service Engineers, coordinating post-sales installation, training, and technical support. Prior roles at Illumina include Manager, Service and Support, and Staff Field Applications Scientist, during which Justin established and maintained customer relationships across several U.S. states. Justin's earlier experience includes serving as a Research Scientist at Florida State University and as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern California, where research contributions led to peer-reviewed publications. Justin holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California and a BS in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Texas A&M University.
