Megan Carter

Megan Carter is an experienced QC Scientist II at Illumina, where a progressive career from Quality Control Associate I to QC Scientist II has been built since November 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a California Institute of Regenerative Medicine Bridges Intern at California State University San Marcos, where differentiation of human iPSCs into cardiomyocytes was performed alongside electrophysiological assays. Additional experience includes a paid internship at the University of California, Riverside, focusing on high-throughput assay optimization for yeast strains. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from California State University San Marcos and an Associate of Science and Associate of Arts from Mt. San Jacinto College.
