Mike Zheng

Mike Zheng is an experienced professional in service sales and operations, currently serving as the Senior Service Sales & Service Partner Manager at Illumina since July 2019. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Service Operation Manager at Schneider Electric from October 2016 to July 2019 and at Baxter International Inc. from January 2014 to October 2016. Earlier career experiences include serving as Service Operation Supervisor and Service Specialist at Gambro from June 2010 to December 2013, as well as working in Service Sales at Carestream Health from July 2008 to June 2010. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fudan University, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biological Science from Shanghai Ocean University, completed in 2008.
