Régis Josef Ataz

Régis Josef AZOULAY is a skilled backend software engineer with extensive experience in software development and GIS technologies. Currently, at Emedgene since June 2021, Régis previously worked as a software engineer at Ness Technologies, contributing to the development of the open-source GIS web application, Sigolo. Prior to that, at Log-On Software, Régis focused on open source web application development for a national planning institution, utilizing frameworks like Angular 7 and libraries such as ReactJS and Leaflet, as well as NoSQL databases and tools for ArcGIS. Beginning a career as a mapping software officer in the Israeli Intelligence Corps, Régis has complemented technical expertise with a solid academic background, including a master's degree in history from Université Paris-Sorbonne and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Université de Franche-Comté.
