Shruti Jain

Shruti Jain is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Site HR Lead at Illumina, Shruti has previously held the position of Head of HR for North America at LotusFlare. Additional experience includes HR Manager at Wipro Limited and Assistant HR Manager positions at ADP and Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources from the International Management Institute, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, completed in 2006.
