Ari Kapur

Ari Kapur has extensive work experience in research, strategy, and market intelligence. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Research at Illuminas. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Director at Factworks GmbH from 2019 to 2021. Ari also worked at Cisco for several years, holding various roles including Senior Manager of Thought Leadership Research and Senior Manager of Market Research. They were later promoted to Manager of Market Research, where they directed global research studies and provided advisory services to business units and executive boards. Before joining Cisco, Ari held positions at MetrixLab, ARIANA International, Crossvue, SmartAge.com Corporation, Wells Fargo Bank, and Sprint, where they gained experience in areas such as advanced analytics, customer experience management, database marketing, customer modeling, and market forecasting.
