Doug Pardoe

Doug Pardoe has extensive experience in operations management within the video and post-production industry. Since September 2000, Doug has served as the Director of Operations at illuminate Hollywood, overseeing daily facility operations and employee management across various departments. Prior to this role, Doug was the Director of Operations at International Video Conversions from January 1994 to September 2000, where duties included managing technical departments and conducting equipment training. Doug also worked as a Project Manager at Fotokem from July 1993 to January 1994, approving purchase orders and job quotes, and began a career in post-production at AME from July 1988 to July 1993, gaining valuable technical experience as a Tape Operator and Operations Manager.
