Rachel Gratia Halsey

Rachel Gratia Halsey is a seasoned freelance makeup artist and hair stylist with extensive experience in television, editorial work, and red carpet events, alongside private client services since 2000. Halsey has collaborated with prominent organizations such as illuminate Hollywood and Disney ABC Television Group, providing expertise for live broadcasts, international press junkets, and promotional events. Additional experience includes work with AXStv on the program Inside MMA, and The Tennis Channel for various productions. An educational background includes a B.S. in Visual Arts from SUNY New Paltz, an A.A.S. in Fine Arts from The Sage Colleges, and ongoing studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
