Morgan Tompkins

Morgan Tompkins is currently working as an RSPO Lead Auditor at SCS Global Services. Prior to this role, Morgan founded Rose Colored Glasses and served as the Head Perfumer. Morgan has a background in quality management, with experience as a Director of Quality at US Botanical Safety Laboratory and Quality Manager at MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC. Morgan has also worked in research roles at Integrated BioTherapeutics, Inc. and Nutramax Laboratories. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Science/Chemistry from Salisbury University. During their undergraduate years, Morgan conducted notable research projects in collaboration with Dr. Katherine Miller, focusing on nitrate concentration in local rivers and the extraction and analysis of natural dyes from Amaranth and Marigold.
