Heidi Yurkiw

Heidi Yurkiw is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Illuminate USA since January 2025. Prior to this role, Heidi held the position of Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Bath & Body Works from May 2018 to January 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing litigation, labor and employment matters for a workforce of approximately 90,000 employees. Previous legal experience includes serving as Deputy General Counsel at Honda North America, leading a team focused on litigation and employment law, and as Senior Counsel managing employment litigation. Heidi began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP and also served as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University.
