Cindy Padnos

Cindy Padnos has been working in the venture capital industry since 2008. Cindy began their career as an Investor & Board Member at BrightEdge in 2008, followed by a role as Founder & Managing Partner at Illuminate Ventures in 2009. In 2012, they took on the role of Investor at Raydiant, followed by Investor roles at Bedrock Analytics in 2015, Pex in 2017, and Arkestro in 2018. In 2019, they became an Investor at JetStream Software, Inc. and in 2022, they took on Investor & Board Member roles at Birdie and TAZI AI Systems.

Cindy Padnos received an MSIA/MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, an AB from the University of Michigan, and attended Kingswood School Cranbrook.
