Norm Rupp

Norm Rupp began their career in 1994 as Manager, Solutions Creation and Marketing Best Practices at Novell. In this role, they produced solution-based methodology tools for Novell's main solution offerings, chartered with harvesting, compiling, and distributing collateral derived from project sponsors, and managed the creation of 60+ Consulting Best Practices and Methodologies. Norm then moved on to become Manager, Preferred Support. In 2011, they joined Mountain America Credit Union as AVP/Evangelist/Product Manager, Online/Mobile. Most recently, in 2014, they became President at Illuminate Ventures, a comprehensive provider of insurance billing services in the mental health treatment industry.

Norm Rupp obtained their MBA from Westminster in 2000 and their BS in Business Information Systems from Utah State University in 1991.
