Biren Anand

Biren Anand has extensive experience in leadership and consulting, notably as Engagement Lead at Illumine Knowledge Resources Pvt. Ltd. since February 2005, focusing on enabling new human and social realities. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director in Human Capital at Ernst & Young from July 2003 to February 2005 and holding various managerial roles at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited from 1981 to 2003, where significant contributions included developing highway retail strategies and establishing training programs. Biren Anand holds a PGDM in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
