Vinod Gupta is currently the Director of Engineering at Illumio, leading the CloudSecure product engineering group since June 2024. Prior to this role, Vinod served as Vice President of Engineering at RAPIDFORT, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering, DevOps, SRE, and security functions while spearheading product-led growth initiatives from January 2022 to May 2024. Vinod has also held various engineering leadership positions at Apple, Nutanix, and EFI, contributing significantly to projects involving machine learning platforms and identity and access management. Through a successful career, Vinod has developed expertise in product evangelism and team mentorship, supported by an educational foundation that includes an MBA from The Wharton School and advanced project management from Stanford University.
