Rebecca Murray

Rebecca Murray is the Vice President of Cloud Sales at Illumiti. Rebecca has over 10 years of experience in process execution consulting, specializing in implementing SuccessFactors HCM software. Illumiti HCM has years of core HCM and Talent Management systems experience including: Performance and Goals, Succession and Development, Employment Compensation, Recruitment, Learning, Workforce Analytics and core HCM software (Employee Central). Illumiti HCM combines specific expertise in user adoption with a people-centric approach to deliver successful roadmaps, implementation services, trainings, and technology designs.

Prior to their current position, Rebecca was the Founder and Managing Partner of Illumiti HCM, formerly called Cultiv8 Consulting Inc. Rebecca was also Solutions Manager, Senior SAP HCM Consultant, Project Manager and Functional SAP Consultant at Exaserv – a company that has created a new business unit committed to the delivery of SaaS solutions using SAP as the back-end medium. Rebecca started their career as an Engineer at Jordan & Skala Engineers.

Rebecca Murray has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master from the New York Institute of Technology in Business Administration, a Boomi Process Developer from Dell Boomi, and is an Engineer-In-Training and Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) from BICSI.
