Tracy L. S. is a seasoned professional in the real estate and staffing industries with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Residential Specialist in Palm Beaches for Illustrated Properties Real Estate since December 2022, Tracy has also held significant leadership roles as the President and Founder of Chartwell Staffing Solutions, one of the nation's top ten woman-owned staffing agencies with operations in multiple states. Prior experience includes serving as the Owner/Broker of CONDO SPECIALISTS, where Tracy achieved recognition as a multi-million-dollar producer and established the firm as a leader in the condominium market on the North Shore of Long Island before selling it to Century 21 Laffey Associates. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Maryland.
